I am wondering how the sole seamms are closed up to seal the ballast tank? Are you using resine to fill the seam then painting? What is the method that has been used?

And

What value would you put on a job like fiberglassing the ballast tank? I don't consider myself to be a lazy type guy but this seems way to much work. I think I enjoy looking for a new/different boat more than or as much as getting into a major fiberglassing job.

as much as I do enjoy the 2023's shallow draft, light towing weight, large cockpit, huge gunnels, great looks, & all the compliments I get at the dock I may have to punt.. Alright alright I probably be up to my elbows in epoxy in the fall.
