Which is plenty strong to hold up. In addition, I mounted my antenna to the bolt and was able to tighten everything without changing the mast dimentions. The antenna whip itself, is about three inch from the mast and does not have any loss of reception. It must have some but I don't notice it. Sea you, George E. Norkus
