Bottom Painting question

Hi Folks I have a question about bottom painting a swing keel boat (Hunter 240). In my opinion shouldnt the swing keel be let down and the keel and keel trunk be painted as well. This would require the boat be lifted by a sling at a marina so the keel could be let down. This would also solve the painting the area where the boat rides on the bunks if I were to paint it on the trailer. What do most of you do just paint it on the trailer and forget the keel and housing. If any of you have had a marina lift it and paint it what did they charge. Thanks for you ideas
