If you get caught out in winds in the 30's it can be dealt with by reducing sail but you should have known better. The sea's that come with the 30's is something the 2023 is not made to sustain. I love my 2023, I sail on Lake Superior. I've sailed in 30 knots+ with 15'+ seas but would never even think about it in my Santana. Bob
