The 23D looks much like the 2023 as far as the lines go. It looks like it really can fly with the retractable board and rudder it looks like allot of fun. It most likely really stiffens up as you heel with that fat center but would make allot of leeway if you sailed it on it's ear. The rig looks substantial enough. There's on sure way to tell. Go Sailing on it! I learned along time ago not to spend a dime until you had the tiller in hand, first hand. Take a look at the Portsmouth's ratings in the higher wind ranges and compare it to boats you know of. Bob
