There really isn't much short of trapped air when level. When you list and pitch abit.
In the worst case, (leaning 100% sideway and/or standing upright on the bow and/or stern, the collum of water is about six feet. without getting into formulas, you can figure just over two PSI per foot or about 12 to 15 PSI.
If you boat ever gets that much pressure, "Me thinks you have more on your mind than a deck plate!" LoL
