(pic) (Gary, Santana 2023A, Milwaukee) Gary, Thanks for sharing. We can all live vicariously through your adventure. We've all been in the "worst conditions we've ever faced before", one-by-one, as we earned our experience credentials. Looks like you jumped right into the post-graduate phase of learning to sail by experience in the school of hard knocks... you're way ahead of me anyway. You can ride out some pretty rough squalls by just dousing sail and hang on... but that rock lanscape would have had me puckered up big time! Reminds me of an old saying... Good judgement comes from experience... and experience comes from bad judgement.
