We almost thought about converting it to rear cable and putting a electric winch on the floor and making it a wood step there, but I wondered where the water line would be, for instance the rubber tube in front, I wonder where the water stops at in the tube, this would determine how high we would have to mount the winch on a false floor, I have a feeling the water goes up in the rubber tube a ways. One down side to that rear cable is it probably would collect allot of debri and seaweed. Also whether the exposed cable would cause any vibration while moving along.
