(George Andrews) Hey george I have a santana 21 with a sixties vintage 6 hp mercury long shaft. It has all the power I need. This summer after motoring back to the dock I was asked by a powerboater if I had a 20 horse on the boat. The only downfall is it really suck's in reverse. I think it has something to do with the exahust exiting out the back of prop. A motor that spins 360 would be far better than one with reverse I think. Wilf
