It has been a longstanding policy at Schock to hang onto molds long after their production runs. They are expensive to make and Tom has always said that to justify pulling the molds back in the shop requires a minimum order of 4 to justify the tool-up. Just guessing, but the cost of a new 2023 would likely approach 35 to $40K. New boats are very expensive. http://sailingmagazine.libsyn.com/
