Seafarer 18

Hi
I'm just about to take possession of what I believe to be a seafarer 18. I've a fair amount of work to do and need some help regards standing rigging, boom, sails and rudder. I haven't got any to put it bluntly, now to be honest it doesn't make one iota difference at the present time because she certainly doesn't need them unless we have excess rain ( needs to be extreme as the young lady is sitting 420 asl) But, I would like to know sail design and area, boom section / length (or perhaps suggestions on what I could use and also rudder details or design for me to copy. Rig settings would be great and also standing rigging lengths as I only have the mast. Any info would be great.
