SF22 -Saw my son's boat for the first time yesterday

I have some questions dear forum.

Yesterday I saw my son's SF22 for the first time (bought without my inspection but was so cheap!)for a couple of hours - the seller was not present. ( I had a layover in NY for 1/2 a day) - I generally was impressed with shape the boat was in . Resent repair of the lower rudder gudgeon! -looks strong and well done! Gib & Genoa#1 in excelant shape -still had the new crisp stiff feeling to them. I was not able to inspect the boom with the main on it. New clevis pins and new stainless cotter pins everywhere on the rigging. Some of the shackles looks a little small _ so I plan to upgrade the size. Instruments look in good shape (Knot Meter, Depth sounder, Compass & VHF with mast antenna)

Here are some questions (and a few concerns)

The boat sits on metal stand with 4 adjustable pads -No doubt 2 of the pads are adjusted to way to high (to tight on the hull) - To my understanding the keel should hold 95% of the weight and the rest should be distributed among the 4 pads. One of the pads (forward starboard) does make a big indent on the hull -it did look like the hull would flex right back - but not a pretty sight . The rear port pad, same thing but not quite so bad. I will try to fix this problem at Thanksgiving. SEE PHOTO!

Can't find the post between the Cabin table and the hole in the cabin floor, how does it look like and what are the dimensions? Also can the same table be used in the cockpit?

I am missing all the cushions in the main cabin (seat & back rest) and the big center one in the v-berth. I will try to get similar foam as the existing cushions and get Grandma to do some sewing for new upholstery for everything. Any better suggestions?

The wood backing of the motor bracket is deteriorated, I plan to replace with some pieces of teak or mahogany - also the wood backing on some on the hinges on the cockpit lockers need replacement or maybe some epoxy. Any suggestions here.

The boat also comes with an Evenrude 9.9 W/alternator (1980) that looks like it has few hours - I will take it to my OMC expect for a compression test - if OK - I will do a complete service/tune-up. An old outboard but it really looks OK.

As my son and & will sail the boat to Maine from LI sound - I will install a autopilot (used $200-$250 on ebay) & single burner stove (next to the sink) - I have a non pressured Origo alcohol in mind.

Where the fresh water tank located and what is the capacity?
