Rachel,
Do you have any design drawings of your boat? If you do, I could sketch in a motor well for you. I have been in engineering/construction long before there was 3-D computer modeling and am pretty good at conceptualizing this kind of stuff. I might be able to give you a head start on evaluating the feasibility of the project.
