If support means taking care of problems and unsatisfactory responses on boat problems of 10 year old boats that's not going to happen. Now a 5 year old boat is another thing and some effort to solve should be extended. This also will take time.
I'm in favor of allowing them time to establish methods to sale product through good intention built up from loyal customer. Such as Com-Pac seems to have done.
