1996 Seaward Cat - need info/input

Hello Mates- I was hoping for some info./input on a 1996 Seaward 23 Cat Rig. Wing keel. It appears to have a carbon fiber mast and a diesel (Yanmar 10hp). Don't know much about these boats in particular. Have had many sailboats, but never a Seaward or a Cat rig.
What are the accomodations like How difficult is mast raising Sailability - pointing ability, heel, weather helm Trailering, set up, launching/retrieving
Anything else you can share would be great.
