Report: outside forum guidelines

Since acquiring Hake Yachts assets in February. I am extremely pleased with our progress. During the past short 30 DAYS, we have hired an experienced management staff (Patrick Turner and Tim DeVries), began construction of new products (confidential at this time), participated in the Miami boat show, began a comprehensive print marketing campaign (very exciting), reached out to you-our long loyal customers, held two successful Demo Days, and improved the website and its content, including forums, FAQ's, and videos. Not to mention made investments in the factory and its underlying systems. All these activities are performed with great care, quality, and professionalism. This will improve your Seaward boat value-Which I think is the best in its class. And…THERE IS MORE TO COME!

I don’t think anyone can appreciate great customer service more than I do. All my businesses have superior customer service and I expect Hake Yachts, LLC to be the industry leader in that regard. If you refer back to my original posts introducing myself to you I asked for patience. I still ask for it.

I won't participate in a public debate over one posters personal vendetta. It is unprofessional, erratic, and does not serve the future. That won’t make him happy but I hope over time his issues will be behind him and just enjoy sailing. I am CONFIDENT that the improved customer service (again refer to my old posts) will be well documented. I want to move the brand forward and need all of your support, and energy. My hope is that you and the sailing public recognize Hake as the best boat builder and service provider in the industry. I am confident that the Hake management team can do that!

All of you, and I mean ALL of you are very important to Hake Yachts, LLC and we appreciate your business. Most importantly, let us work on our business especially during a difficult downturn within the entire marine industry. Hake is a solid brand and is a solid business with strong balance sheet. You will continue to see the value in the coming years.

Thank you for your support and loyalty, it is very much appreciated and does not go unrecognized.

Respectfully,

Ted Gelov Chairman Hake Yachts, LLC
