True I should of phrased that question differently. I didn't know there was a protocol for getting a none standard installation inspected. But Paul we have an even bigger problem, how are we going to get the Coast Guard inspection team in to this mountains where this hillbilly sailors resides . Hey! we could insert an Air Force pathfinder team to set up the appropriate beacons for the Coasties
