(Bud) and choosing not to participate in a public debate over one poster's personal vendetta is the more professional route to go. Implying there are latent defects and court proceedings in progress is just as non-productive as the original out of line remarks IMO. To me the mfg had no obligation to come on this forum and offer anything, but they stuck their neck out a bit and did - doesn't seem right to immediately jump on them for making a positive effort (maybe later!). Anyone else want to move on to more positive topics!?.
