it's better to just wait and see. I for one look for actions rather than words. It's easy to say what people want to hear, it's something else to deliver. Let's give the new guys a chance to deliver......
Hey Robin, I'm with YOU. It's E-A-S-Y to gripe about what's wrong with our boats on a forum like this and hope it shames the company into helping us. BUT, I'm just not sure it's the right thing to do. We need to remember this is not "vegas" (you know, what happens in Vegas... . Someones griping is here to stay; (remember it's the web) and will hurt EVERYONE in the long run. If your trying to sell your Seaward and a buyer sees a lot of griping it's not going to make them confident in the Seaward. I bought the Seaward after lurking here for a few months to see what you guys really thought of the boat. If all I saw was people griping about how bad service/after the sale/parts and problems were I'd have bought another brand. As it was it took me NINE months to find one here in the Northeast. As far as I know there are less then six S25's in CT. Our Seaward is the "Bell of the Ball" at our marina and I get nothing but complements. It was worth the wait and we're VERY HAPPY with our 1998 S25. Just some thoughts....Mark C.
