Posted By: Paul 1989 S23 "Half Moon", NJ Date: 3/23/09 8:56a.m. Report: outside forum guidelines In Response To: CT (Rob, S26RK, Maine, 2005) When I decide to sail the Sound I ususally launch by the rairoad bridge on the Thames in New London - free parking, but perhaps not as well patrolled - and the launch has some restrictions at low tide (plus is a big stinkboat attaction)... Then, you have to time the rairoad bridge in order to head out to the Sound.
