Seaward 25 1994 Potential Purchase

Hello Group.
I have been watching this group for some time now, and if it is proper would like to post a question regarding a Seaward 25.
The Seaward in mind in about 1200 miles form where I am and I am trying my best to get pictures and details before making a run out there to look at it. It is a 1994, and I have seen where there might be issues with the bulkhead on that year. This on has the inboard, wheel and a spinnaker as well. She sits on a tandem axle included with the package.
What I am looking for, is what I should be looking for? I have been pretty clear with the broker that a drive out is not very practical and so far have not contacted a surveyor.
I love the Seaward 25, and desire to own one, but, am not familiar enough with them to knows the ins and outs. This is a significant purchase for me, and would ask for the advice of those posting here.
