Thanks for your thoughts, and at this point I am going to hold off on the 25. Just too big of a stretch at the moment. My sailing experience is only about 7 years with my current boat, a Sailcraft Outlaw 23, 1974, great boat, but not much cabin room for the first mate. She likes a bit more creature comforts, thus the Seaward. But, I have been racing lately and am not sure I am willing to give that up. Middle ground needs to be found.
