I had planned to apply the name and registration numbers this weekend and drop her in the water, but I think I will hold off on that now, because it would be easier to show her in my driveway, than rowing everyone out to the middle of the harbor to see it. For me this is a tough decision, because I just finished going through the boat and customizing it, but she is going to be too small for weeks long runs upto Bar Harbor or trips to the Vineyard, and that is what we both really want to do now. This was my first boat which I could keep at home, and I was enjoying not paying storage fees, and being able to work on it in the comfort of my garage, and possibly the 32 will allow me that option too.
