I bought my first Seaward 25 in 1996 (new) and sailed it until 2004, when someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse.
I wasn't sailing that much at the time and thought I was out of sailing, but missed my Seaward and bought hull number 2 of the new S26RK line.
Then the keel bulb fell off (I posted the whole story here which made me very popular with Nick Hake ) and I sent the boat to have the repair done and also had the stainless steel ports installed.
I found it was difficult for me to trust the S26RK, so I sold it and bought a Com-pac Suncat.
Sold it (my daughter told me not to and she was right) and bought another Suncat.
Then, at the end of last fall, I added my cat-rigged Fox to the fleet.
Now, my daughter wants to go to a private college next year, so I will be selling my Fox or my Suncat... and my wife thinks I have way too much free time
