(link) (Steve Haines, Seaward Fox "BOB", FL panhandle) Saw my first Seaward in the local Marina and immediatly fell in love. She was an S25. Did a Google search and found this fine site and others, where I was introduced to the whole line of Seawards, and the great following they have. Struggled quite a bit over whether to go with an S23 or Fox. Since I lacked experience and confidence in sailing anything bigger than a Catalina 14.5, I reasoned that the Fox would be the best choice for my first Marina boat. One year ago I made the aquainance with Jake Osborn on this site, he sent me pictures, and as soon as I saw that the boat had originated in Wisconsin I had to have her. On May 8th 2008 I made the 600 mile one way trip to Ohio to pick her up. I love this boat, but some day I want to get into an S23 with wheel steering. That S25 has since dissapeared from the Marina leaving my "Mistress" as the only Seaward there.
