Sell your boat for just $1

That's a broad question...

As others have stated, she's well designed and capable of extended coastal cruising, but I would not ever put her in the catagory of safe for off-shore...

In my humble opinion, for a sailboat to be "safe" for off-shore operation, meaning beyond the possibility of relatively quick return to shore to avoid storms, there needs to be passive righting weight distribution, a locked and covered companionway hatch and a rudder that is protected from being smashed by a following sea.

By passive righting capability I mean fixed weight distribution which will right the boat following a knockdown... Some off-shore cruisers have "centerboards" but, mind you, the righting moment is built into the fixed keel they fold into and the board is strictly used for upwind sailing performance.

The retractable keel provides most of its righting momentum when fully down, but this is not the boat's "passive" position - it must be physically lowered.

The rudder is extended behind the stern and extremely vulnerable to impairment from following seas.

The companionway hatch, in it's flimsey tracks, will undoubtedly be ripped off by the very first breaker coming over the deck...

But, again, this is just my humble opinion... I would take her, no doubt, any place where I can safely manouvre her within about 8 hours of a guaranteed safe harbor.
