I had a Com-pac Suncat that I really liked. I needed to realize some money, and had to sell. I had been overnighting a lot at that time, so I got a bigger boat, a P-21. Well, it was quite a bit harder to raise the mast, and I found I liked sailing, didn't want to pay for a slip, and didn't overnight as much.
Well, I sold the Precision, and thought, what would be closer to the Suncat. I saw some Foxes and Slippers for sale, and my old Com-pac dealer buddy had a Slipper for sale, so I went and looked at it, liked it, and bought it.
Things I like: sloop, easy to handle, the toe-coaming area on foredeck, etc.
Things I would like: better ladder, better trailer (see thread I started above about tires rubbing the fenders).
