Unfortunately, Bella is high and dry. I am trying to find some positive aspects about this time of year and I think I will find it in reflection.

Last year, I had trouble getting out the hinge pin once the mast was down. This year, I put SailCote on the pin the previous week; it easily came out with the 1/4 inch punch pin without using a hammer.

Any suggestions on how to speed up the process of wrapping up the halyards and shrouds in a faster way? I currently tie them to the mast along with the furling unit. Maybe removable wire ties?

Let me know what you think.
