Report: outside forum guidelines

There is a bit of confusuion on joining this message board. One of many reasons I felt this would be a good long term home for us is the ease of posting. There is no membership. You don't have to set up an account with Yahoo, I still use Yahoo for everything. You don't have to get a "Net.Passport" from MSN, you don't have to set up a "Hot Mail" e-mail address you don't have a use for. Just enter post & go. If you want to add photos to your post or like me add shameless advertising for my personal web page. Just follow the links. If ya get lost we will help you out. The SCST @ MSN will require a free membership. You will have to set up a free "Net Passport" then go to "Hot Mail" and set up a free e-mail address. Please do not misunderstand the situation South Coast Sailor Talk at MSN and South Coast Sailor Talk @ TSBB are the same folks. There is no split, hard feelings or stupid politics. We had a misunderstanding with MSN, we felt this enviorment would be stable. The folks hosting us here have been most helpfull. There are advantages to maintaining our presence here. The main disadvantage seems to be storage of photos of individual members like we have at SCST @ msn. John is still a good guy! Chuck can if he desires still wear his tutu and drink beer. Dak may be in trouble, a recent post indicated his wife may develop an interest in some aspects of sailing. Full moon on the water, wife & wine Sounds like a real dangerous combination to me. I come and go with the tide, but have been involved with keeping South Coast Owners Association active on the internet since 1997. We try hard to keep this a family and friends type thing.
