Pub Crawl in Houston this Friday

Here are the specifics from the St. Arnold's Brewing Company web site. I will be there with a couple friends. I will be wearing my Golden Triangle HomeBrewers Club T-shirt. Dark green or Blue. Oktoberfest Pub Crawl this Friday in Shepherd Plaza Dear St. Arnold's Army: SHEPHERD PLAZA PUB CRAWL THIS FRIDAY, AUGUST 26 >br> To celebrate the coming of Oktoberfest season, we will be having our second annual Shepherd Plaza Pub Crawl and the first with an Oktoberfest theme. And what does this theme entail (other than seeking out establishments with Oktoberfest)? An Oktoberfest pint glass as the prize for completing the crawl! This is a tame 4-stop crawl, although one of the stops will again be bifurcated (my spelling word of the day). You only get credit at one of the two stops during the split hour, although you are welcome to visit both. (We might give make-up credit if you hit both.) As always, designated drivers are eligible for the prize and are encouraged to attend. To win the prize, you need to make all four of the stops. You know the rules: we can't tell you where we are going to be, just general areas. So here are the directions: 6:00 We'll park in Shepherd Plaza and look for a place on Sandman to start. There is also parking on the roof of the Plaza. This is encouraged. 7:00 We'll walk across Shepherd Plaza to the west, jog down Greenbriar to Norfolk and go along Norfolk until we find someplace to quench our thirst. 8:00 Head north to Portsmouth, go east until we find another nice place for a pint. There should be two spots (one of which might face Richmond) from which to choose to quench your thirst. 9:00 Return to Shepherd Plaza for the final stop. Hope to see y'all there!
