Report: outside forum guidelines

Been up since 0300. Kept hearing a horn honk out front. Got up to look, taking the focused spot I bought from Safeway for six bucks in 1980. Have used it on boats for decades. Anyway, I suspect it was kids canoodling but took the license and phoned it in on the non emergency line anyway.
We've begun to have grafitti on the fences in the 'hood here in the last several months. I used to go up to cars in the night and ask what the hell they're doing but my heart isn't it anymore. I must be getting old.
