Foot pump for inflatable boats?

An inflatable boat foot pump would probably work well if it could be attached to the ball's valve somehow. A good bicycle pump is good for 120psi and a foot pump will only give you maybe 5psi, but for one of those floats that should be plenty. They can also work to suck the air back out when you want to store it.
