Between those four I'd likely choose the Com Pac 19. The 16 will be VERY cramped (does your wife like to backpack?) and I'd guess the 19 will be a slower-acting platform. If you want the wife to come (unless she is a backpacker sort) think towards the larger end of your spectrum. I don't know of too many wives who like to overnight with their husbands on smaller boats.
