I've seen a few and don't remember the details, but if your wife is like mine and doesn't like the heeling, you want as big and heavy a boat as you can tow. A heavy fixed keel would help too. I'm not sure a boat in your weight range would work. My S2 comes in around 3500 lbs with the trailer weight added in, and it has a 520 lb keel. It still heels too much for my wifes liking.
