Some of the Freedom 21's have a shoal keel. Here is one currently for sale with the shoal keel: http://www.trailersailor.com/forums/classifieds/index.cgi?read=12031 The Freedom 21 is still being produced in the UK, and they are currently making them with a wing keel.
